Sean Kelleher grew up in Boston and studied Economics at Duke University before heading to the Midwest in 2011 to join Epic Systems, a leader in healthcare software. He spent eight years at Epic in implementation and clinical leadership roles, working closely with healthcare organizations to improve outcomes and operations. After earning his MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, Sean moved to Chicago and joined Deloitte’s strategy consulting practice, where he focused on margin improvement and growth strategy, primarily for healthcare clients.

In 2024, Sean teamed up with Jake Bennett to launch Wells Street Partners with a mission to acquire and lead a great business. Sean brings deep experience in healthcare technology and strategic problem solving, complementing Jake’s background in leadership and execution. Together, they’re focused on building something lasting by combining operational rigor with people-first leadership.
