Jake Bennett is a Virginia native and West Point graduate who spent five years in the U.S. Army, serving in Colorado, Oklahoma, and Afghanistan. After his military service, he earned his MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and went on to join McKinsey’s Chicago office. During his 3.5 years there, Jake focused on operational turnarounds for lower- and middle-market industrial companies, as well as procurement strategy across industries.

Jake co-founded Wells Street Partners with Sean to acquire, operate, and grow a business with long-term potential. He brings a calm, mission-driven approach to leadership, shaped by his experience in both the military and consulting. Together, he and Sean combine operational grit and strategic vision—Jake with execution and team-building expertise, and Sean with a deep background in healthcare tech and growth strategy.
