Ben Frazer was born and raised in the Mississippi Delta and now lives in Dallas, TX with his wife, Makensie, and their golden retriever, Kirby. They’re excited to put down roots, raise a family, and become active members of the community where Ben will acquire and lead a business.

Ben brings a strong foundation in finance and leadership, with an MBA from Chicago Booth and prior experience as a manager in PwC’s private equity tax group. He’s a licensed CPA in both Texas and Illinois, and earned his Bachelor of Accountancy and Master of Taxation degrees from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss).

Inspired by his father’s journey as a founder and CEO, Ben has always been drawn to entrepreneurship. Through Stovall Capital, he’s pursuing a search fund path as a way to carry forward a business’s legacy, bringing the discipline of his financial background together with a genuine passion for building something lasting.
