Along the way, he’s worn many hats across business development, strategy, operations, and analytics. What’s remained constant is his passion for building strong teams, solving complex problems, and leading with empathy. Andy is especially drawn to roles where he can make a meaningful impact by combining operational focus with people-first leadership.

After earning his MBA from Harvard Business School, Andy was introduced to the search fund model and was drawn to the opportunity to lead and grow a mission-driven small business. Now, as CEO of Strategic Kids, he leads a team dedicated to delivering exceptional enrichment and staffing solutions to school systems, while mentoring early-career educators who are driven, insightful, and committed to making an impact.
