Silva Gentchev is an experienced operator with 15+ years of experience driving product strategy, go-to-market execution and customer-centric growth for B2B startups & Fortune 100 companies. Her career in tech has spanned both time as a startup founder and corporate leader, combining deep technical fluency with strategic expertise across SaaS, Energy, Hospitality, Skilled Trades & Consumer Goods.

Silva earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Davis, and her MBA from UT Austin - where she met her search partner Siri Chakka. In 2024, Silva and Siri founded New Moon Growth Partners to raise a search fund.

In 2025, the team acquired Team Management Systems, where Silva now serves as Chief Revenue Officer. TMS is an ERP platform powering operations for SMBs in the skilled trades sector.
