Lee Livingston is a Chicago-born operator and entrepreneur focused on acquiring and growing durable businesses. Raised on Chicago’s South Side, he was inspired by his grandfather’s small ventures, shaping his belief in ownership as a vehicle for opportunity and long-term impact.

He began his career at Dell Technologies and later led strategy, operations, and growth initiatives at Amazon Web Services and NetApp, where he helped scale new business lines and integrate acquisitions. Lee brings an operator’s mindset, strong execution focus, and a relationship-driven approach to building businesses that create lasting value.

Lee recently launched Trident Equity Group alongside his partner, Reo Williams, with a focus on acquiring founder-led businesses and building on the legacies owners have worked hard to create.

He earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where he further developed his passion for leadership and entrepreneurship.
