With more than a decade of experience in M&A, investing, corporate strategy and operations, Chris combines deep deal-making expertise with a strong entrepreneurial background. His proven ability to grow businesses and lead acquisitions makes him a reliable partner for owners aiming to entrust their company to someone who can scale and maximize value.

Chris began his career at Citigroup as an investment banker advising on M&A transactions. He then worked as a private equity investor at EagleTree Capital and Z Capital Group, focusing on mid-market control investments. Chris later joined Acquco, where he led M&A, Strategic Finance and FP&A. Most recently, he advised companies on operational strategy and business transformations at Alvarez & Marsal.

Chris earned an Honors Business Administration (HBA) from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
