A native of the Chicago area, Hereford comes from a blue-collar background and has a love for ongoing learning and assisting others. He initiated his first small business venture while working as a management consultant before pursuing his business school education.

Throughout this journey, Hereford developed a passion for the healthcare industry. It became the primary focus of his search fund internships and ultimately guided his own search. In 2023, after a six-month search, he successfully acquired two pediatric therapy businesses.

Hereford received an MBA from Northwestern University with concentrations in finance and entrepreneurship and a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Illinois Chicago.
